Dear Advertiser:
The Maryland Council for Dance will hold its 35th State Dance Festival Nov. 2-4, 2007 at Kent Island High School in Stevensville, MD. A scholarship program for talented dance students is an important part of this festival. In order to continue our scholarship fund that finances this project, we solicit advertising in our Festival program and cash donations. Last year the Council awarded scholarships worth over $33,000.
Advertising is available in the program for trim size: full page (7.5" wide x 10") 1/2 page (7.5" wide x 4.5"), 1/4 page (3.75" wide x 4.5"), and business size card [see rates on contract]. These rates also apply to advertising in our monthly Newsletter. Merchants wishing to rent exhibit space at the State Dance Festival may do so by submitting the merchants' contract.
We also accept cash donations to our scholarship fund or to support general services. All contributors to this fund are listed in the Festival program and our monthly Newsletter as: Patrons - donations of $300 & over. Benefactors - donations of $100 & over. Contributors - donations of $50-$99.
The State Dance Festival, attendance upwards of 400, reaches a wide variety of dance enthusiasts - teachers, students, choreographers, and audiences - from private studios, public schools, universities and colleges.
